SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms apply to the 407Flips Property Inquiry Messages offered by 407Flips, which is operated by Peak Investments LLC. By checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox and submitting a form, you agree to these terms. The checkbox is unchecked by default.

Program description

Messages may include responses to your property inquiry, questions about property details, scheduling or appointment coordination, offer or status updates, and related follow-up from 407Flips. We do not promise that every inquiry will receive an offer.

Consent and eligibility

You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing or selling, and is separate from submitting a general inquiry. Your consent applies to messages from 407Flips concerning the described program.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency may vary based on your inquiry and interaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may receive one confirmation message. After opting out, you will not receive further program texts unless you opt in again through a valid consent process. Other non-SMS communications may continue where permitted.
