Owner, 407Flips
I began my real estate journey purchasing vacant lots and working in the construction and homebuilding industry throughout Florida’s Treasure Coast. That experience gave me a practical understanding of land, construction, property condition, and the work required to bring real estate to its full potential.
After retiring from the construction business, I shifted my focus fully into real estate investing. Today, through 407Flips, I purchase houses and vacant land, improve properties where appropriate, and prepare them for resale on the retail market. My goal is to provide property owners with a straightforward option, clear communication, and a simple path forward.
